well, it looks like my updates have pretty much gone from weekly to monthly! our little man keeps us pretty busy and we are still loving every minute of it! He was 20 mo. on december 9th and he will be 2 before we know it! He is so big and into so much! every day is a new adventure and I love being with him for it :)

- he is talking more and more every day! he still calls teag 'baby' all the time - I love it!

- he has to try to do everything by himself

- he LOVES the xmas tree, and is luckily kindof afraid to touch it, so it hopefully won't get knocked over!

- he is the total boss of the dogs...when they are in their kennels he will go up, crouch down, shake his finger and tell them 'no!'

- the kids LOVES egg nog! we were trying to help him gain some weight (he is tall and skinny like Teag was) so we introduced him to egg nog. now it is egg nog baba's all the time!

- he runs his little gym class! all the other moms and kids will be sitting together in the circle and I am by myself singing while dallas is off in the gym hanging from the bars, jumping off things or running wild!

- the tantrums are becoming more frequent, and it takes everything we have for Teag and I not to bust up every time! When he runs into the corner or throws himself on the ground crying it is still cute to us :)

- he is such a good little helper - he cleans up after himself very well

- he still LOVES watching sports! he will watch football with Teag all day on the weekends, and he is rarely seen without a ball. He loves playing basketball, and especially loves it when I cheer and jump around for him!

- he will grab my hand and pull me down to the floor to color with him - so fun!

- he likes to pick out his own clothes

busy, busy, busy!

I feel like we have just been going non-stop for the past little while!

I went from lap top to desk top and am rarely on the computer anymore. I have a lot of catching up to do, so luckily I can edit the dates on posts!

a little of what we have been up to:

- hanging out with Dallas

- visits to Utah to see my bro Jason

- Ruby (the pug) went bye-bye for a little while, but now she is back - at least for the time being

- Gma Reynolds in town for the day (12/04)

- Whiting Family in town for Thanksgiving

- getting ready for Christmas

- much needed (and appreciated) weekend getaway to McCall with some girlfriends

- oh, and Teag had an idea...we both want to go to graduate school, so we are both studying for the GRE and whoever gets the higher score gets to go first. Advice appreciated :)

- just having so much fun and loving each other so much!

from Pittsburgh, Dallas and I took a short flight to NJ to spend time with Jake and Em and the O'Neil girls! Dallas had so much fun with his cousins and they were so good to him. We had so much fun and hit all our favorite spots, i.e. Short Hills Mall, Quik Chek and 7-11 for DC's, Ricky's for treats, drop-off and pick-up for the girls, the park, etc.

Thanks so much for having us! It is always so much fun and we love you guys so much!

Monday Night Football!!!

we were so excited we were in Pittsburgh for the Monday night game against the Ravens!

Sarah, Lea and I were especially excited because it was Lea's first Steelers AND NFL game and she didn't know the craziness she was in for between the fans, the fireworks, the noise, the adrenaline, etc.

We were so bummed though, because Brett was injured so he wasn't playing. We just watched him pump everyone up on the sidelines!

I don't usually even sit with Teag at games because he gets so into it. He loved having Isaac next to him so they could speak football language the whole game!

I think it had something to do with the fact that we ARE management (right Sarah and Lea?!), so Brett got us on the field after the game

Thanks again for the AWESOME trip guys! We had so much fun and loved every minute of it! We are already looking forward to our next trip together, after the season, with all the kids, somewhere warm...

I LOVE these two in their matching pj's!

Sarah, Lea and I were saying all weekend how our 3 boys (Lea is due in December) are going to be so cute together and the best little friends! (whether they like it or not)

Then our husbands took it a step further and said,

"okay, if you hold Dallas back and Isaac and Lea's little guy can skip ahead, then the 3 of them could be in the same grade and dominate athletics together!"

Brett's B-day Suprise!

So about a month before Brett's birthday, his wife Sarah called and said she had a great idea...

This was Brett's big 3-0, and Sarah thought he should celebrate it with Teag and Isaac!

Sarah flew Teag, Dallas, myself, Isaac and Lea to Pittsburgh for the big SUPRISE!!!

We connected with the Kelley's in Denver, then onto Pittsburgh where Sarah picked us up at the airport. We were like kids on Christmas we were SO, SO excited! Sarah told Brett she had a hair appt. and when she was done he and Jacob should meet her for dinner. Little did he know we were all there too! It was THE BEST weekend and we loved every minute of it.

we had quite the day of travel, so Dallas was beyond tired!

But, by bedtime he was giving Jacob kisses and they were best buddies :)

The past month + have been a little crazy for us! We spent time back East, then home for a bit, down to SLC, home again. We have had fun, but it is nice just to be home sometimes :)

Jason, my brother, is doing pretty good, as long as they keep his pain somewhat under control.

Dallas is as great as always, talking up a storm mostly in his own language. He is so fun and we have been having the best time with him! We got some ADORABLE pictures of him in his Halloween costume - I will definitely post them

Dallas and I have been gone for almost 2 weeks now!

We started out in Pittsburgh with Teag, Isaac and Lea, and the Keisel family for a little birthday suprise for Brett. Sarah, you really are the best!

We went from PA to NJ to spend some quality time with Jake and Em and the O'Neil girls while Scott is in Prague. We are having a blast, but I think there is a daddy in Boise who is missing his baby boy!
